Hello, I’m Amy Beaumont. I have more than 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups in learning and implementing advanced mindfulness techniques.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Los Angeles. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), a certified Neuroaffective Relational Model Therapist (NARM), a Level 2 PACT Couple Therapist, am trained in EMDR and have taught mindfulness practices since 2002.  I am uniquely trained in the use of touch for trauma resolution and attachment repair.

I provide a variety of consultations depending on the group size and the need of the participants, ranging from consultations to psychotherapists working with clients on complex cases, helping individuals learn proper techniques and practices, and providing large groups with exercises that strengthen their inner self. These consultations may include talks, workshops or multi-session training related to mindfulness meditation, workplace organization and somatic therapy.
